Question by Didier Drogba: Are acai berry tablets any good?
I am only asking because to my knowledge they are only grown in Brazil and have to be frozen and shipped to the UK or made into tablets some how. Do they increase metabolism at all or help the body lose weight, i am not expecting super quick weight loss by the way. I have done a little research and people seem to think they help with weight loss. Thanks in advance!!

they are a scam dude. seriously. they just have a few more vitamins ect than Other fruits but they wont do anything special on there own. if you read the fine print it always says that they will work when used in conjunction with a healthy Tone Detox and regular exercise

im confused! in a japanese anime i have been watching, something tht has been bugging me fora while, also in jp. films and when i visited the country for a few weeks, when two characters/people are talking, they swap the names around. eg.
ichigo kurosaki becomes kurosaki ichigo. does this only happen when the full name is said, because i have a japanese friend at school, and i dont call him asai masanori! help? o.O

In japanese, its standard to introduce yourself to others last name first then first name. And it’s also standard for other people to call you by your name in that order.

In fact, if a person doesn’t know you well, it’s standard for them to only use the last name with an honorific attached. A person doesn’t usually meet a (japanese) person and start to call them by the first name unless the person being called is a child or if the person asks you to.

For english translations and credits for films and movies, generally official subtitles or dubs will introduce the character the regular ‘western’ way – first name first, then last name.

The only contact is a Google mail account, with many different names/aliases, or a phone number with a recorded message only; but from the very same IP and browser in the Philippines – IP 203.82.37.115:36631 -Wack Wack, Rizal, Philippines -and I guess the same person.
How can they be legally stopped?
FYI that is stating the obvious, so one closes his account, another does so, etc… menawhile there thousands of people being defrauded, where and how does one have recourse to justice, or to even just stopping these crooks!

As for your question, see the source link for a calculator that will give you an idea of what your daily calorie intake should be, based on your current size and daily activity level. That’s easier to figure out, than basing it on what you burn per week.

Oh dear, oh dear – you are going to get hundreds of answers “Try the berry / colon cleaning / whatever, it really works because it was on tv” – spam in other words.

Weight loss is about eating less energy than you use in a day. That’s all there is to it – no magic berries or powders, just watching your Tone Detox and doing it in small steps.

You are 16 – so you are still growing – leave the dieting for a couple of years until your body is fully formed. Tone Detox now and you can restrict your growth (for example, reproductive system). Wait a while.

Apart from the scams you might as well buy blueberries, they are available anywhere and cost much less.
Blueberries have more antioxidants than acai berries, so do Concord grapes and black cherry juices.
Antioxidants are beneficial but do not aid weight loss.

There are no magical berries from the Brazilian rainforest that cure obesity. Claims are unproven, evidence is anecdotal.
Oprah Winfrey, Mehmet Oz, and Rachael Ray have all publicly disassociated themselves from the açai sites that make unauthorized use their names.
The Tone Detox ‘bloggers’ are just a mirage, their weight loss is courtesy of Photoshop, not açai.
