I’ve already got a rough idea of what to eat and snack on. But could some body link me to a website that shows different meals for muscle building (i.e. packed with protein and carbos). Apart from that can anybody recommend good and healthy snacks which help assist the meals?
I’ve been hearing a lot about these Acai berries, are they just a scam or do they really work?
As well, I live in the UK. Get my supplements (Whey protein shakes) from Holland and Barrets, can you also buy protein pills from there?

when i was dieting i ate nuts as my snack, the south beach Tone Detox plan includes a certain number and variations of the types of nuts you should eat. sorry cannot remember the link i used but if you google the Tone Detox plan it should be there for you. they gave me loads of energy..

in terms of protein fish and eggs dude best way! not sure about the acai berries, sounds like another American fad tbh.

It probably won’t matter, they are useless anyhow.
Virtually every berry — blueberry, strawberry, goji, acai — are anti-inflammatory and high in antioxidants, Antioxidants do not aid weight loss.
There’s no evidence whatsoever to suggest that acai pills will help shed pounds, flatten tummies, cleanse colon, enhance sexual desire, or perform any of the other commonly advertised functions,.

And if you bought online watch your credit card account.

Question by : how difficult is it to find halal baby food on super market shelves?
Muslim babies were not getting a balanced Tone Detox during weaning stage due to the lack of halal meat and chicken baby food jars available on super market shelves. What are your views on this? Are you feeding your child egg custard, fruit desserts and veggi Jars but not meat and chicken jars due to the lack of halal food jars???

I guess it depends where you live. I’m in a heavily populated Muslim area and halal food is available in at least six different stores within a square mile. Sorry that I can’t tell you the brand, I only notice it because I like to look at the jars and try to figure make out letters/words based on what kind of food it is. You’ll probably have to look in the mom & pop shops rather than big box stores like Babies R Us.

Maybe you can order it online and have it shipped to you in bulk?

ADD: Have you considered making your own baby food? Just puree your own meat, add a little liquid and there you have it. You can freeze it in ice cube trays for quick single-servings.

They seen to have the sale of acai berry products sewn up online, Holland and Barratt stock other berries but not acai which grow in Central and South America

They have no useful therapeutic qualities and of course do not aid weight loss. They go rancid quickly, which is why you seldom see the berries themselves.
